Refund policy

Returns

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns/exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.  

If you receive the incorrect item, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note: Product (s) must remain unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return/refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Where an order is cancelled due to incomplete or incorrect customer-provided details, any refund issued will be provided in the form of store credit only. Store credit will be sent to the email address entered at checkout and can be used toward a future purchase on the SMA Beauty website.

SMA Beauty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where order information appears inaccurate, incomplete, or suspicious.
