we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.. please note, SMA Beauty reserves the right to refuse all returns, and refunds.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged/defective, or a customer received the wrong item, the customer must contact us via Email hello@smabeauty.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Customers must include supporting photos of the issue.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout
